Don't mix your cocktails ahead of time

Once again, the government proves it's insane by wasting resources
enforcing a nonsense law by punishing restaurants who "infuse" liquors,
i.e. mix in flavors ahead of time so they can blend differently [1].
There is no allegation of trademark infringement or bad health
practices, merely that's it illegal to "infuse" liquors. I feel much
safer now.
